Requirements:
Strong computer skills and aptitude to learn new programs.
Exceptional communication skills, oral and written.
Ability to read and understand the basics of repair instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills; adapts easily to a fast-paced environment.
Personable, friendly demeanor with a solid customer service approach to internal and external customers.
Responsible for ordering parts, confirming orders, and monitoring delivery times.
Check in parts, label, and distribute immediately upon receipt or store in an organized manner until the assigned job is ready for the part.
Track any incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary.
Inspect all parts for damage, quality, and accuracy.
Return and re-order any damaged or incorrect parts.

Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory needs.
Highly organized workspace with attention to detail Superior customer and employee communication Strive to exceed customer expectations.
Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them Helping customers find and purchase correct parts.
Overseeing special order parts Problem solving skills to manage multiple tasks and challenges.
Hiring, supervising, and ongoing training for other department members Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs.
Effectively communicating department performance on a weekly basis.
