We are looking for an IT Security Resilience Manager to support the Information Security, IT Compliance organization.
This leadership position will play a key role in the evolution of critical and core services to IT and all CHS focused on IT Disaster Recovery, Information Security Incident Response, IT Policy Management, and Training and Awareness.
The position will report to the IT Compliance Director and partner closely with all IT, Compliance, and business stakeholders to initiate, plan, and manage the overall program status including reporting, metrics, and governance.
This role will influence the maturation of our programs, demonstrate organizational influence, and drive organizational change management.
The IT Resilience Manager will also be responsible for being an Information Security Incident Response leader.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to produce and manage a team to achieve timely results, partner with leaders to strategize on team maturation while still being able to execute and report on tactical work to achieve daily results.
Must also have the ability to communicate complex matters clearly and succinctly.
This talent should be able to present solutions to problems, favor strong collaboration, and can learn new systems to assess their security posture and impact to CHS.
Responsibilities Lead IT Resilience team priorities, objectives, and goals to align with the vision and mission of the IT Compliance department and overall CHS Information Security program.
Act as a SME and champion for IT Resilience programs, operational matters, and related IT Compliance team challenges.
May contribute to some short-term strategy development.
Provide additional leadership and coverage for Information Security Incident Response.
Responsible for IT Resilience team staffing, talent and team development, performance, budget, and new technology, services, and implementations to drive further automation and efficiencies.
Accountable for performance, results, and roadmap of team; adapts and develops departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
Establish program KPIs, roles and responsibilities, risk criteria, governance, and report status to senior leaders.
Identify and establish relationships with the people impacting processes, awareness, and Information Security compliance.
This includes establishing the team as a leader for IT partnerships.
Be able to communicate the most critical IT Resilience scoped systems, risks and issues impacting CHS's security (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availably).
Applies understanding of the business and utilize knowledge/experience and problem-solving skills to identify and creatively resolve complex issues, choose the best course of action, and prioritize key issues, goals and work plans to various leaders and business lines across the department.
Cultivate and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Minimum Qualifications (required) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and training) 4
years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT Security to include:
Prior leadership experience with a progressively advancing level of leadership responsibilities in managing IT Security Analyst/Engineer, IT resilience, cybersecurity or similar roles Strong indirect leadership and management of a matrix project team consisting of both full-time and contracted resources Experience with IT Policy Management, IT Disaster Recovery Reporting, Information Security Incident Response, and/or Training and Awareness Knowledge and awareness of cybersecurity fundamentals Additional Qualifications Strong collaborative and relationship building skills with stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create strategic direction in unstructured environments Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics and compliance challenges into executive level reports and presentations Experience with regulations, standards and delivering to requirements Ability to lead through change in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across organizational boundaries Ability to provide a single enterprise-wide view of programs to drive standard best practices and maintain consistent policies, procedures, and processes Understands the program/project roadmap as well as the critical path - key milestones regarding criticality downstream impact if dates are missed and determines alternatives/mitigating actions Ability to solve problems, identify root cause and analyze options and recommendations High level understanding of network attack strategies/methods, current cybersecurity technology and cyber threat mitigations Cybersecurity architecture, strategy, and risk management Professional certifications to include:
DRCS (Disaster Recovery Certified Specialist), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISSP (Certified Information Security Support Professional) and/or PMP (Project Management Profession) Project management background and experience with an emphasis on information security and compliance Physical Requirements Ability to travel for on-site visits, reviews or assessments (5-10%) Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
