SummaryThis position will provide administrative and daily operations support to four HR Business Partner leaders and their teams and the Senior Director of HR Transformation.
The position will report directly to the Enabling Functions HR Senior Director but will manage and prioritize tasks and requests from the full team.
The position requires a self-driven, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and enjoys supporting a variety of diverse work assignments.
Enterprise collaboration and the ability to manage multiple tasks is core to the position.
Responsibilities Support HRBP leaders and their teams during the talent review process to include:
compiling talent review Powerpoint decks in preparation for talent review meetings, coordinating meetings, note-taking during talent review sessions, etc.
Assist with various reporting needs across the HRBP teams on key HR metrics.
Gain proficiency with the reporting capabilities in MyHR Connection.
Partner with the Workforce Analytics team as appropriate to understand and optimize reporting capabilities in support of the HRBPs.
Coordinate and schedule various meetings for the HRBP team and HR update meetings; organize and prepare meeting agendas as requested.
Provide support to HRBPs and business leaders on processing various transactions in MyHR Connection as needed.
Develop Powerpoint decks and other materials as needed.
Work closely on enterprise transformation efforts providing support on implementation efforts including light data-analytic support, partnership on tactical project deliverables with org design efforts.
Strong collaboration with our HR flex team partners, communications, change management and other HR partners supporting transformation activities.
Support the onboarding process for new hires on the HR team.
Ensure hiring managers understand the various steps in the process and serve as the centralized onboarding resource to ensure a consistent, streamlined process and positive onboarding experience.
This may include assisting with ordering laptops and other required equipment, requesting systems access, coordinating internal announcements, etc.
Provide support on various HR projects as needed.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement efforts with the various HR processes.
Minimum Qualifications (required) High school diploma (or equivalent) 2
years prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role supporting multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced work environment Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Additional Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources or business administration Prior HR reporting skills and experience Knowledge of HRIS tools, such as SAP Success Factors or Lawson Strong organizational skills.
Experience supporting and taking direction from multiple stakeholders Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with process improvement/enhancement efforts to streamline and standardize processes Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
