Summary CHS is seeking a senior financial analyst and business partner in our corporate FP&A department.
This position will support the annual enterprise budget and forecast processes, executive and Board reporting and analysis, and business transformation.
This position will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.
#LI-HS1 #LI-HybridResponsibilities Serve as a business partner for business unit FP&ACommunicate regularly with business unit FP&A teams regarding financial resultsProvide financial guidance and support to businessesPartner with functional FP&A team providing support and guidance on corporate allocationsTrack and report progress against KPIsSupport development of financial reports within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline our forecast and budgeting processesServe as a trusted business partner demonstrating a deep understanding of strategic business priorities and key drivers of performanceChampion innovation and transformation across the organization to gain commitmentSupport the budget and forecast processes as well as executive and Board level reporting for the CHS enterprisePartner with Finance leaders to consolidate business results into the CHS enterprise forecast, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and in accordance with the FP&A calendarWork with function FP&A to ensure all budget requirements and timelines are metMonitor internal controls and overall infrastructure are in place to measure and understand enterprise results relative to action plans and milestonesTrack, report, and explain variances to budgetReport KPIs in a standard and consistent formatSupport budgeting and forecasting for enterprise CHS, ensuring costs and revenues are correctly captured and budgeted holistically and comprehensivelyProvide top down analysis to leadership based on market trends to aid in development of budget earnings targetsSupport that transition of budgeting and forecasting under the new product line reporting structure in FY25Provide recurring Key Financial Metric reportingProvide monthly reporting of CHS Enterprise and business key financial metrics to Finance leadersAutomate monthly reporting and dashboards through current systemsDevelop updated key financial metric reporting for FY25 under new product line P&L structureMinimum Qualifications (required) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field 4
years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Planning and Analysis Additional Qualifications Experience supporting finance across business and functional boundariesStrong communication and analytical skillsExperience with SAP/BPC/Cloud Planning or similar planning systemExperience developing system-based reporting using SAP or similar product suiteMBA/CPA/CMAPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
