o Create and maintain a warm, inviting, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.
o Help and affirm customers in finding the grill equipment o Keep store and yard neat and organized.
o Deliver an exceptional consumer shopping experience that leaves guests feeling inspired, enabled, affirmed, and eager to return.
o Assist with delivery set-up and tracking.
o Follow sale plans and performance measures.
o Work closely with vendors and inventory teams for prompt and accurate sales o Work well independently, resolve problems, relate well with various types of individuals, exercise good judgment, and work cooperatively in a teamEducation/Work Experience/Physical Requirements:
Consistent attendance; reliable and dependablePast sales experience preferred but not required Standing for long periods of time and lifting at least 30lbs May need to kneel, crouch and climb laddersMust be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions E-Verify:
