Nurse Manager - RN
Woodlyn Heights Senior Living, a 79-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Inver Grove Heights, MN, is seeking a Nurse Manager to join our team.In this role, you will support the Director of Nursing alongside a second Nurse Manager, and work as a team to oversee the care for our residents and support our residents and families. This position participates in an on-call rotation.Sign on Bonus:

Summary:
As a Nurse Manager, you will assist the clinical leadership team in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operations of the clinical department to ensure the highest degree of care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards.
Qualifications:
Hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license. Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility. Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (LTC). Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
