Do you enjoy working on your feet in a fast paced environment? If you like to keep moving and avoid downtime - we'd love to speak with you!! Candidates need to be able to start working before May 1st.
Candidates need to work between 6-8 hour shifts during the daytime, Evenings 4:
00pm to close, 3 or more days a week.
Weekend availability preferred Grow with Gertens today! What can you expect in your day to day? Responsible for moving product from various areas within the department including pushing carts, transporting product, lifting, etc.
May operate a voice unit and/or Radio Frequency (RF) unit.
Pick customer orders by following standard operating procedures.
Responsible for lifting or moving product weighing in excess of 50
pounds and being on your feet for long periods of time.
Report's discrepancies and/or product damages during the order pull/loading process.
Works cooperatively with others to maintain accuracy and productivity goals.
Puts safety at the forefront and adheres to all company policies and procedures regarding safety.
Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent customer awareness & focus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, perform well under pressure and effectively manage competing and/or changing priorities.
Being able to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to use own initiative.
