Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems - Suspend and maintain vehicles for optimal performance - Conduct tire services, including rotations, replacements, and repairs - Complete air brake inspections and repairs - Perform heavy lifting as needed to complete job tasks - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete work orders
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures - Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment - Experience working in a dealership or automotive service center is preferred - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Note:
