Construction Laborer Duties:
- Perform various physical tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to:
- Digging trenches, holes, and foundations - Mixing and pouring concrete - Shovel and rake asphalt - Operating construction equipment and machinery - Assisting with the installation of structures and fixtures - Cleaning and preparing construction sites for work - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and effectively - Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in a clean and organized manner Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment - Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary - Valid drivers license
