CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Refined Fuels group. We are looking for a Refined Fuels Pricing Manager to strategically align CHS branded and unbranded pricing objectives with refined fuels branded and unbranded business imperatives. You must be a strategic leader, with excellent communication, negotiation, and analysis skills, and a commitment to building relationships, and driving financial results.
You will:
Lead the effort in developing real time pricing intelligence, optimization and pricing execution solutions, for refined fuel branded and unbranded pricing across 25 states.
Manage a team of Pricing Analyst providing direction on long term and short term pricing strategies.
Facilitate consistency in operational procedures between pricing analysts taking into account differences across geographical markets.
Oversee branded and unbranded pricing to optimize an assigned grouping of terminals / geography.
Develop and manage real time business intelligence and optimization (BIO).
Accumulate and assemble intelligence from various resources and coordinate market responses across stakeholder groups.
Implement talent strategies that build higher overall performance within the organization and align with the company's aspirations and strategic imperatives
Support a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

Basic
Qualifications: (required)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Science, or Marketing
10 years of business experience to include:
Process optimization
Supply chain management
Market strategies
Forecasting
Energy pricing or high frequency commodity pricing experience
1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Advanced level proficiency in MS Excel
Intermediate in MS Office applications
Preferred
Qualifications: (desired)
Experience to include:
Refined fuels experience
Energy futures, refining, distribution, and wholesale operations
Business unit project management, leadership, facilitation and resource budgeting
Client/vendor management and contract negotiation
Enterprise system architecture and B to B/C web based technology implementation
Understanding of antitrust laws and regulations affecting the business
Understanding of the Energy Business at the wholesale and retail marketing channel
